The First 5 Association has worked closely with First 5 California to design an evaluation framework to capture the impact of First 5 investments throughout the state. This section of the website includes the framework, which was developed by a joint State Commission-Association workgroup and later adopted by First 5 California, notes from the on-going workgroup meetings, a link to the First 5 California evaluation website with all the current data reporting forms, an overview from the county commissions' perspective of the differences between the new Evaluation Framework and previous evaluation efforts, and special sections for regional evaluation groups.
