Proposal to Shift Healthy Families to Medi-Cal
In his May Revise budget, the Governor proposed shifting children in the Healthy Families Program to Medi-Cal. Although this proposal was not enacted in the final budget, it is still favored by the Administration and will likely come before the Legislature again in the next few months.
